iCatalyst ® is a Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation based application specifically designed to support
insurance policy and claims management applications.
iCatalyst ® is the foundation for a Policy and Claims Management system, but it is not an 'off the shelf' product.
It is a dynamic and extensible application that is adapted to the specific products, rules and workflows of each client.
The AGILE/SCRUM process ensures that iCatalyst captures those unique requirements and business practices
as part of the adaptive, or customization, process. Thus, iCatalyst ® is not product-specific; it can be adapted
to any property and casualty line of business.
The basic application supports:
▪ Contacts/names and roles, including basic Customer Relationship Management(CRM) functionality
▪ Events and notification processing
▪ Rules based rating for multiple product, multiple state policy quoting
▪ Group and individual coverages
▪ Policy management and endorsement tracking
▪ Basic policy renewal tracking and issuance
▪ Broker / agent relationships
▪ Claims management, including loss and ALAE reserving and expense management
▪ Reporting and report creation
▪ Document management processing
▪ Third party connectors or data import/export and third party application connections
▪ Outside database connectors
