iCatalyst ® is the foundation for a Policy and Claims Management system, but it is not an 'off the shelf' product.
It is a dynamic and extensible application that is adapted to the specific products, rules and workflows of each client.
The AGILE/SCRUM process ensures that
iCatalyst captures those unique requirements and business practices
as part of the adaptive, or customization, process. Thus,
iCatalyst ® is not product-specific; it can be adapted
to any property and casualty line of business.
The basic application supports:
